  • Measure, cut and fit paneling for vans
  • Install panels in vans
  • Operate glue spray gun
  • Follow instructions and communicate with teammates
  • Operate different tools, such as palm and belt sander, razor blades/knife, staple gun, air saw, measuring tape, saw table and routers
  • Maintain a clean area and positive work environment

This position is responsible for the day to day operations of production engineering; primary responsibilities include both design and assemblies of custom, prototype and standard parts.

Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities

  • Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.
  • Create and maintain CAD files, including part and assembly drawings.
  • Work with production to make drawing corrections and drawing refinements.
  • Firm understanding of how to read and interpret assembly drawings.
  • Apply customer specifications for new and existing designs.
  • Create, implement and verify SOP’s, Work Instructions and forms as needed for new or revised equipment and processes.
  • Work with the sales team to extract the required info to achieve customer’s needs.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products.
  • May be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
  • Interface with production staff and sales team.
  • Support safety guidelines and quality inspections.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • BA / BS in engineering
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with SolidWorks
  • Experience with assemblies, weldments, part design and assembly/manufacturing drawings
  • Experience in the auto industry – aftermarket equipment and RV industry systems/hardware
  • Experience with metal fabrications/manufacturing – welding, bending and forming
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel and OneNote

This position is responsible for detailing the inside and outside of the vans to prepare them for delivery to the customer.

Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning of vehicles using cleaning supplies and equipment such as brushes, scrapers, vacuums, cleaning solutions, etc.
  • Apply polisher, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials to preserve, protect and restore vehicle’s interior and exterior.
  • Clean engine and engine compartments.
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventories.
  • Monitor the cleaning equipment for proper operation and maintenance.
  • Inspect parts, equipment and vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
  • Maintain a clean area and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of the interior and exterior of shop location.

  • Prior detailing experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

The Specialist role is an advanced role that is multipurpose where ad hoc fabrication is required, power, heating and water assemblies, furniture and fixture assembly and final finish are all included.   • Fabricate cabinets and countertops.
  • Custom build cabinets and other wood components such as cabinet boxes, drawer boxes, face frames, doors and laminating.
  • Assemble precut and hand cut components.
  • Be able to take measurements, follow instructions and communicate with teammates.

This position is responsible for supporting the plant to ensure vans are built timely and accurately. Responsibilities include assembling and installing electrical components into vans.

Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and installation of manufactured and purchased material, hardware and electrical components. Such as 12v components, solar panels, roof top vents, air conditioner, battery banks, exterior/interior lighting, radios, amps, motorized running boards, water pumps, and other 12v product.
  • Use basic knowledge of 120v for wiring gfci outlets, inverter connection, and other 120v products.
  • Use handheld tools, impact driver, drill, crimpers, wire strippers, multi-meter, test light, vehicle code reader, and other tools.
  • Use previous professional car audio installation skills to complete projects while always increasing quality of work.
  • Communicate installation status and troubleshooting results with the lead of electrical team.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience similar to RV technicians with structural, electrical and plumbing preferred
  • Must have 12-volt electronic, automotive, mechanical and/or technical work knowledge.
  • Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record.
  • Experience with use of hand and power tools
  • AC/DC fundamentals are preferred
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
