After exploring our customization options, fill out your wishlist.

After receiving your wishlist, an Outside Van team member will contact you by phone or email to discuss your choices, and give you a general timeline and price range for your conversion.

Need to purchase a van first? Our team will help source one for you. We currently have 4 wheel-drive 2018 and 2 wheel-drive 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinters in stock. We can provide the chassis at the same price as the dealer.

Already own a van? We accept Mercedes-Benz Sprinters and Ford Transits that are 2007 or newer.

If you’d like to move forward after speaking with us, we will collect a $2,000 refundable deposit*. This gives you the opportunity to speak directly to an Outside Van design team member who will discuss an initial layout and answer any further questions you may have.

*This deposit is refundable if you do not wish to move forward within 30 days of speaking with a designer.

Your designer will then guide you through every step of the design process; from finalization of your layout and appliance options to material and color choices. With decades of design experience at Outside Van, you can rest assured you’re in good hands.

Once your van enters the production line, you can expect updates on its progress and expected delivery date. Production can take around 4 months, depending on the complexity of your build.

Once your van build is complete, you have two options for delivery. You can either come to our facility in Portland, Oregon where you’re educated on proper van usage. Or we can deliver your van and walk through your van systems at the comfort of your own home.
